  Soyka - This eponymously named eatery is the fourth in restaurateur Mark Soyka's (News and Van Dyke cafes) empire. Slightly more upscale than the others, it serves marinated skirt steak, calves' liver with caramelized onions, and sesame-seared salmon for dinner.

  Florida Panthers - Fans who are attending their first Panthers game may register at the First Timer's booth to receive a complimentary package containing Randy Moller's "Things to Look For" and information about other programs available to Panthers fans.
